Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: May 17, 2026

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Full refund — if payment was deducted but the DPR/CMA was never delivered or the system crashed during generation (raise within 7 days)
• Full refund — duplicate payment for the same order
• 50% refund — if you cancel before downloading the final PDF/Excel
• No refund — once the watermark-free final PDF/Excel has been downloaded (the deliverable is fully provided)

2. How to Request

Email info@dprforge.com with:

• Your order ID / transaction reference
• Reason for refund
• Screenshot of payment (if available)

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds usually reflect within 24 hours; card refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

4. Non-Refundable

• Already-downloaded reports (PDF/Excel watermark-free)
• Wallet credits earned via referrals or promotional offers
• Charges paid more than 30 days ago

5. Wallet Refunds

Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment source at any time on written request, minus a 2% processing fee. Promotional credits are non-refundable.
